Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee; however, we are committed to ensuring you love your brew and will replace items damaged in transit or incorrect orders. For non-perishable brewing equipment and merchandise, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging.

Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Verification and Approval
For damaged goods, please attach a photo of the packaging; our team will review and provide a return authorization for eligible merchandise.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original box to ensure it is not damaged during the return transit.
Refund Processing
Once received and inspected at our roastery, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
