This is a relationship coffee we have formed over the last four seasons of sourcing in Santa Barbara. Kilverth and Adan Sagastume (a father and son duo) both produce stellar micro-lots of natural-processed Parainema. This season, we blended their lots to form a family blend, reminiscent in the cup of heavy red fruits like cherry and fermented sherry.
