The Rukira Factory, founded in 1979, is home to the 800 members of Othaya Farmers Cooperative Society. Of these, about 600 members actively farm coffee, contributing approximately 30kg per farmer each harvest. These small-holder coffee farmers produced this most recent decaffeinated offering from our friends at Swiss Water. With notes of lime and soft spice like cloves, much of the terroir has been retained through their proprietary decaffeination method.
