Over the last decade we have developed an incredible fondness for coffees from Colombia and Ethiopia. These two countries represent some of our favorite coffee profiles but more importantly are some of our longest running friends in the industry. There’s something beautiful about cultivating friendships in conjunction with trade relationships, and there’s a beauty in the ritual and patterns built around coffee. We wanted to try our best to put all of this love and history into a coffee to share with you. Thank you for journeying with us these ten years. We can’t wait to see what the next ten years hold.
