This naturally processed, organic coffee from Sabanilla de Alajuela region is produced by our friends Francisca and Oscar Chacon. They specialize in rare varieties, meticulous harvest practices and experimental processing methods. This specific coffee focuses on extended dry time and fermentation creating confectionary strawberry fruit like notes and unique botanicals that reminded us of violet.
